Items already in stock are shipped in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of your order. During the period of sales or promotions, shipments may take longer.

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned within 28 days of receiving the merchandise for size/color exchange, store credit or refund, if these return options are available for the selected shipping country.

Once you have completed the process, destin surl will send you a confirmation email containing your Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.), shipping label and instructions on how to return the merchandise.
We guarantee that all of our items are checked by our quality control department before they are shipped.
Should you receive a defective item, please send an email to info@destinsurl.com specifying the order number and item code and attaching photos (with the security tag visibly attached to the item) through which we can analyze the defect.
Please note that items that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidentally or through misuse, will not be considered defective.
In the event that the package and/or items inside are missing, the packaging should be retained for further inspection.
Any complaint regarding damage, missing items, or delivery to the wrong address must be received by destin surl within a maximum of 10 days from the date of delivery as shown on the courier’s website, otherwise it cannot be accepted.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. By clicking on the tracking number you can view the status of your shipment directly on the courier’s website. The order will also be visible on our website, in MY Account, in the MY ORDERS section.
